Thanks for the info Brad, David, et. al.
I haven't installed mine yet, just looking at it since I only have one
machine. Just want to see if I need to wait for any service packs.
Here are some problems that I found on the ESRI support site
(support.esri.com) that you might want to check out and see if they will
affect your work. A couple are bugs that ESRI is working on.

We have had 2 installs, The first I think was a separate hardware
problem which just happened to show up the day after the install.
The second we are scratching our head a bit on. Initially the first few
times we started AI it took a couple of mins to start. Then all of a
sudden that changed and it started fairly quickly. However upon load and
save as of a 9.1 mxd it took several mins again to do each. We are a bit
concerned with the performance at this point.
Everything I saw and heard was that there were no performance issues
with the new release. Not sure what we are seeing.

Has anyone installed their ArcGIS 9.2 desktop (ArcINFO, ArcEditor,
ArcView) yet? If so, is it doing OK are are their horror stories?
