[OKGIS] Alternative to Map Book Developer Sample

Due to the instability of the Map Book Developer Sample, we discovered a
great, inexpensive ArcGIS extension called MapLogic Layout Manager.
It's easy to install, learn, and use, plus it has a lot more
functionality than Map Books such as indexing.  We've had the MapLogic
Pro license deployed for several months and have had zero issues with
