The planner will analyze land use data and organize geographic data for
various 

transportation/planning studies. Major activities: maintain and update
regional land use allocation model; coordinate geographic datasets; write
computer programs and prepare related technical reports; and work with state
and local governments. Must possess excellent communication and quantitative
skills. Must have working knowledge of ArcInfo, ArcGIS, Visual Basic, Excel
and Access. Requires Masters Degree in Planning, Geography, or related field
plus two years related experience. Starting salary range: $35,000 to
$45,000, DOQ.
