Sorry if you're already aware of these GIS weather sites....

A friend with the NOAA 'Office of Coast Survey' sent me a link to this
interesting IMS site.  It has real-time NOAA weather data/forecasts
http://nowcoast.noaa.gov.  I thought I'd pass it on! Information about the
project can be found at http://nowcoast.noaa.gov/help/intro.shtml and the
POC is nowcoast.team at noaa.gov.
