[OKGIS] NAIP 2003 County mosaics

I am looking for the following county 2003 NAIP images in .tif format.  I have these in mrSID format, but I cannot seem to load them into a SDE raster catalog.  I have been able to load .tif images just fine.

Does anyone have a source for these in a .tif format.

The counties are:

Haskell
Latimer
Leflore
Sequoyah
