[OKGIS] stream order layer

GIS gurus:

I'm looking for the best Oklahoma streams layer most reliably attributed
with Strahler order.  I realize the potential simplicity of this
request, but the layers I've used seem to be pretty inconsistent (and
flat wrong on some stream segments).   Thanks in advance for letting me
presume upon your patience with GIS neonates such as myself.
