[OKGIS] Hospital and Medical facilities layer.

I think ESRI cancelled the separate licensing of StreetMap and it is now
offered with 9.1...I think it comes with all levels (view, editor, and
info), but may only be with editor...not sure...

ESRI StreetMap (usa\landmarks) has hospitals data...may not be detailed
or current enough for your use, though...Do you have the StreetMap data?
