We sent an attendee to the SEER Conference in Maryland this past week.
Here are some things he brought back with him that I thought were
interesting and worth sharing.
The following application assists with color selection for your
choroplethic maps depending on the presentation method (i.e. paper,
laptop, projector, etc.). It also assists with selection of color-blind
and printer friendly color schemes...

Also, here are a couple of tools that you can download. The Color Tool
just about anyone could use...the SEER Stat Bridge probably only a
handful of you could use. Also, at the bottom is a contact for the
company that developed these two tools, in case you are interested...
