[OKGIS] 2006 NRCS NAIP Photography now available online.

Based on a quick search, I see that only some counties are currently
available.

I just noticed that the 2006 NRCS NAIP Photography is now available online
at:

I'm downloading one right now and it's REALLY slow.  Hmmm, wonder why?
