The State NRCS office has down-loadable maps of Eastern Red Cedar at
http://www.ok.nrcs.usda.gov/technical/GIS/County%20Base%20Maps/Red_Cedar_Canopy.html

The above address is the location for download of various county maps.  
You can
also get there from their home page (http://www.ok.nrcs.usda.gov/), then 
Technical Programs,
and finally select the GIS section.
