[OKGIS] Oklahoma Section Markers

2 Questions:
1. Does anyone know where and if there is a shapefile that shows
Oklahoma section markers?
2. Anyone know where I could get information regarding the location of
railroad mile posts?

Any help would be great.  I'm new at finding info.  Thanks.
