[OKGIS] National GeodeticSurvey needscounty feedback

NOAA's National Geodetic Survey is looking for County Surveyors, GIS
Professionals and others who can represent their counties' geodetic and
geospatial needs to fill out a very brief online web survey about how
well NOAA is enabling counties with accurate positioning capacity.  This
information will be used to improve NGS products and services. To
