[OKGIS] Trouble with 9.1 files?

Hey All-

We are having major problems opening 9.1 files in 9.2.  When we try to do
this, Arc crashes and we have to restart.  I was wondering if anyone has had
this problem/ anyone knows of a solution.  Thanks
