[OKGIS] Trouble with 9.1 files?

I remember somethjing soundiing similar when making the switch. I thoink oi remember it being a zoom scroll download extension.  I had to unreg the dll and it stopped crashing.

Hey All-
We are having major problems opening 9.1 files in 9.2.  When we try to do this, Arc crashes and we have to restart.  I was wondering if anyone has had this problem/ anyone knows of a solution.  Thanks
