[OKGIS] Entry Level GIS Position

DEMOGRAPHER / GIS TECHNICIAN

 

Enercon Services Inc., an environmental engineering firm with offices
nationwide, is seeking a Demographer / GIS Technician with experience in GIS
(preferably in ESRI ArcGIS 9.x software) cartography, socioeconomics, and
demography.  Primary responsibilities would include: (1) Utilizing ArcGIS
software to manipulate data in a raster and vector based geospatial
environment, (2) Developing cartographic products to facilitate information
exchange, (3) Perform quantitative / qualitative research and analysis of
population data, and (4) Strong writing and oral presentation skills.
Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree in Geography.  Those candidates with
work experience will receive additional consideration.
