[OKGIS] Spatial Adjustment Help

Hello All,

 

I am in need of some help.  I have some Cadd Drawings from two
Mississippi county tax assessors' offices.  Their data is not spatial
referenced at all.  I have converted the Cadd drawings to GIS Shapefile
and now need to adjust them.  There are about 500 shapefiles.

 

Every time I try and spatially adjust the data, ArcView errors out on me
and quits.

 

Any suggestions?
