[OKGIS] ArcView 3.3 Digitizer Extension

When I enable the Digitzer extension in AV 3.3 the program becomes unresponsive.

I have tried this on 3 different machines with the same results.

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, were you able to find a fix?
