[OKGIS] BAS files to Shapefiles

All,

 

Does anyone know how to convert .BAS files to ESRI Shapefiles?  The .BAS are
files that we have purchased from Tobin, but not in a format easily
accessible to ESRI.  .BAS files work with geographix..

 

Any help would be great,
