Hi Brett,
When you say geodatabase, do you mean ArcSDE or Personal Geodatabase?
With ArcGIS Server 9.2 Enterprise Advanced, that's the most
advanced/expensive level,
http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgisserver/about/editions-levels.h
tml, you can create and export work processes that you can load into
ArcGIS Explorer, another free product, to do editing and maybe add the
type of annotation you're mentioning.
Good luck,
David

Subject: [OKGIS] ARCREADER EXTREME?
Hey Everyone,
Does anyone know of a product that would allow our appraisers to view,
highlight polygons and add text to our geodatabase files without
editing?
Currently they are using ArcReader and they just need a little more
functionality.
Thanks in advance!
Respectfully,
