[OKGIS] ARCREADER EXTREME?

		We are using the personal file geodatabase.

The type of annotation would be similiar to annotation created for a map layout.

For example, appraiser pulls a section map, they need to highlight a parcel, and they would like to put a litte note to the side that says "Subject Property"

				Hey Everyone, 

Does anyone know of a product that would allow our appraisers to view, highlight polygons and add text to our geodatabase files without editing?

				Currently they are using ArcReader and they just need a little more functionality.
