COEDD is seeking an individual to fill an entry level GIS position primarily responsible for developing and digitizing Capital Improvement Plans (CIP) for our member counties and communities.  Experience with ESRI's ArcMAP software, CDBG and other federal grants is preferred but not required.  A degree in a related field such as public administration, city planning or similar is required, but experience may substitute.
