Jenni,
Much of the CSA data (perhaps all) has associated metadata, so if you want
the "official" accuracy I would start there. From my experience, TRS data
is troublesome and no completely accurate dataset exists. For example, if
you were interested in lots, the data on the CSA site (if I recall
correctly) has none.
Maybe Robert will jump in here and tell us that the GCDB is complete and
he's about to upload a copy to CSA's site?!

Subject: [OKGIS] OK County Boundary Discrepancies
Yesterday I downloaded the county boundaries for OK from the Center for
Spatial Analysis Data Warehouse. I noticed some discrepancy in Section 8
T5N-R8E. I'm using Petra to import the shape files. The southeast corner
of section 8 is squared off in Petra whereas according to a Topo map it
should follow the Canadian River into part of Section 9. So section 8 is
'squared off' when in reality it shouldn't be, but how do I know what is
accurate? We also have the Tobin data, and all three seem to differ.
The main problem with this is the location of wells in that particular
area...we are not sure where the coordinates are if the SE corner of Section
8 actually shifted. I hope this makes sense...any help is greatly
appreciated. I don't want to have to spend a lot of time on this...I have
always assumed the CSA data was accurate.
