Can you send this out to the GIS group and see if anyone knows anyone who might have an interest in this?  Any help is appreciated.  It is a 3 month contract, it could go longer and could possibly be a direct hire.

Description:       

We would like to get a temporary GIS mapper that has ArcView who will be doing data entry with Microsoft Office skills.  The ArcView is used to construct lease outlines based on legal descriptions and then update the lease record data base by creating a link between the lease outline they build and the record in the database.  There is research of lease records, maps, and plats of areas where we need to map out our lease acreage.  A mapper who is familiar with ArcGIS 9.1.  Experience with ArcView, AutoCAD, or Micro station, would be preferred.  We will instruct this person on how to map the lease outlines with the tools we have.
