Hello all,
Thought I let you know the solution to this. It's a two stepper.
Step 1: Use GPS Babel to convert from GDB to GPX.

Step 2: Use DNR Garmin for ArcGIS to convert from GPX to shapefile.

Hi David,
You can use gpsbabel to convert the GDB file to another file
format that can then be converted easily to ESRI (i.e. .csv) It
doesn't need the GPS.
Of course how easy this is completely depends on the complexity of
the data you are converting.
