[OKGIS] ArcMap "Extract Values to Points" Error

Good Morning David,
I have run into this problem many times. It is very inconsistent, 
i.e. it will work once then later it has problems. It seems to be 
a problem with the topology of the shapefile. Try exporting the 
shapefile and doing the same operation with the new shapefile. I 
know that when I have this problem I am usually able to rebuild 
the shapefile and get it to run. In other cases I have converted 
the shapefile to ArcInfo coverage and back to shapefile.
