[OKGIS] OK Pipeline data

If this question has already been asked and answered, then I apologize for the repeat!

I didn't find any pipeline data for download on the CSA website.  Is this available to the public in OK?  Perhaps the CSA Mapper is the only way to view the pipeline data??
