[OKGIS] OK Pipeline data

Hi,
 
I've got it, but I can't give it to you, sorry.  The pipeline data is
considered homeland security sensitive data.  So, you have to go through
the National Pipeline Mapping System at US DOT to get it, and it can
only be provided to pipeline operators and government agencies.

I went through this 4 years ago.  So things might have changed since
then.  What I had to do was contact them and go through the process.  At
the time I had to produce a letter on agency letterhead signed by myself
and my supervisor, stipulating the purposes for which it would be used
and acknowledging the limitations of distribution, which were pretty
restrictive.  They had a form letter to use as a model.
 
As I view the web site now there's a link in the upper right for Data
Downloads and Requests.  That's where you should go to start the
process.
 
Also, now there's a web map viewer that's REALLY detailed.  It looks
like they've loosened up a bit.  (But I'll bet they're tracking your
URL, so if a bad-guy goes there he's probably just revealed himself).

If this question has already been asked and answered, then I apologize
for the repeat!

I didn't find any pipeline data for download on the CSA website.  Is
this available to the public in OK?  Perhaps the CSA Mapper is the only
way to view the pipeline data??
