In the Symbol Selector, choose a symbol‘s Fill Color to be “No Color”. Then you’d be able to “see through” the polygons.

Subject: [OKGIS] transparent polygon fill

Is there a way to make a polygon fill transparent other than putting it at the bottom of your table of contents?
