Is there an ArcIMS map service that allows ArcMap direct access to OK’s 2008 aerials yet?

TNRIS has an ArcIMS map service that you can access directly from ArcMap, just like the OK aerials, so you don’t have to download the images.  The server is sometimes a little shaky, so you might want to download them anyway.

The URL for the ArcIMS service is:
http://www2.tnris.org
Just create the link like any other map service.

Try the Texas Natural Resource Information System (TNRIS) at http://www.tnris.state.tx.us/  They have DOQs back into the 1990s up to the present for the entire state.
