Yes it is! I may be the first reported OK location. I've fed a feral
group for several years now but haven't been able to locate them.
Travel time from first scout to arrival of the group is about 2 min
30 sec or so. They were going through two quarts of sugar water per
day when it was warm, mixed as per hummingbird food, 4:1.
