John,

Yes, this is 1 meter, leaf-on. Thanks to the US Forest Service for putting
up the match needed to acquire the CIR.

GIS Community:

I just received notice that Surdex will be the USDA contractor who will
acquire the NAIP 2010 imagery for Oklahoma. Craig Molander, Senior Vice
President for Business Development, indicated that they will begin
acquisition of digital imagery next week in the western half of the state.
They will be capturing the 4th band, color infrared, and it will be available
through their contract with USDA. The cost of this additional band for
statewide coverage through the USDA contract is $103,564. If you are or know
of an organization that is interested in acquiring this product and have
funds that can be committed to this effort, please let me know. The OGI will
be glad to coordinate this if the GIS community can provide the resources to
make it happen. Just think... ten partners at $10K each or twenty partners
at $5K each would make this happen.

Thanks,

Mike Sharp
