In the free Google Earth Pro, you can turn on a plat layer, which appears to have information from county assessors.  Some counties have the plat polygon and others have the data.

If you've been under a rock. Google earth pro is now free.

 

They used to publish a kml with the latest imagery updates, but now use the followyourworld  app or the gallery to keep us informed.
